CrossFit is so much more than a simple gym to work out at. It is a community of friends who inspire and encourage each other daily. We found that the intro sessions, whilst they did immerse you in the way we train, was not as great at showing that community aspect. This is why we have gone back to a free week trial.

There’s no better way to try crossfit with no obligation, no pressure and no judgements.

Crossfit is for everybody. Every workout is totally scaleable and each individual can work to their own fitness level. We can even work around injuries, by adapting the WOD to work around you and your injury.

Forget ONE free session. It’s difficult to experience everything that crossfit has to offer in a one hour session. Use this week to get in as much as you can and really experience what crossfit is about

So, if you have ever thought about trying CrossFit and were unsure, come along for a free week and try out the 4017’s very own CrossFit. At the very worst case, you have tried CrossFit and decided it wasn’t for you, but you would have still met some very cool people along the way.
